Where We Ship

Trade Junction Limited currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

• England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
• Remote areas including Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands (please note extended delivery times may apply to some remote locations)

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UK. If you are located outside the UK and would like to enquire about a specific destination, please contact us at info@tradejunctionlimited.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from the date your payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a separate despatch notification email once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods such as seasonal sales, promotional events, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any significant delays to you by email.

Order Tracking


We want you to always know exactly where your order is. Here is how tracking works:

• Once your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel
• You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your despatch confirmation email is sent
• If you have not received a despatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk

If you experience any issues with tracking your order or your tracking information is not updating, please do not hesitate to contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.

Delivery Information


Delivery Address:
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Trade Junction Limited cannot be held responsible for orders despatched to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk and we will do our best to amend it before despatch.

Missed Deliveries:
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please act on this promptly as parcels held at depots are usually only kept for a limited number of days before being returned to us.

Safe Place & Neighbour Deliveries:
Some carriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not home. If this applies to your delivery, you will be notified by the carrier directly. Trade Junction Limited is not liable for parcels left in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion.

Remote and Rural Locations:
Deliveries to certain remote or rural areas of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands may take additional time beyond our standard estimated delivery windows. We will always communicate any known extended delivery timeframes for your area.

Free Shipping — Terms & Conditions


Trade Junction Limited is pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Here is how it works:

• Free standard shipping applies automatically to all orders of £30 or more
• Upgraded free shipping (no minimum spend) applies to all orders of £120 or more
• The free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal, after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied
• Free shipping applies to standard delivery only — tracked and express options remain chargeable regardless of order value
• Free shipping is available to UK mainland addresses — additional charges may apply to certain remote or offshore destinations

Tip: Add more items to your basket to qualify for free shipping and save on delivery costs!

Orders Containing Multiple Items


If your order contains multiple products, please be aware of the following:

• In most cases, all items in your order will be despatched together in a single shipment
• On occasion, items from the same order may be despatched separately and arrive at different times — you will be notified by email if this is the case
• Each separate shipment will have its own tracking number provided in your despatch notification email
• You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple parcels

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels


Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window shown on the shipping table above, please first check your tracking information. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

Lost Parcels:
In the unlikely event that your parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, Trade Junction Limited will offer you a full replacement or a complete refund — whichever you prefer. We will handle the carrier claim on your behalf so you do not have to deal with it yourself.

Damaged in Transit:
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the outer packaging and the item before opening it fully. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Customs & Import Duties


All orders from Trade Junction Limited are despatched within the United Kingdom and delivered to UK addresses. As we ship domestically within the UK, no customs duties or import taxes are applicable to standard UK orders.

If for any reason we are able to fulfil an international order in the future, any applicable customs duties or import taxes would be the responsibility of the recipient. We would communicate this clearly before accepting such an order.

UK Bank Holidays & Peak Periods


Please be aware that orders are not processed or despatched on UK public bank holidays. This includes all standard UK bank holidays throughout the year. Orders placed on or around bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing your order as early as possible during these periods to avoid any disappointment.
