At Trade Junction Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day returns window on all eligible items, fully in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Whether your item arrived damaged, was not as described, or you have simply changed your mind – we have a clear and fair process to help you. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly where you stand.

5. How to Return an Item – Step by Step
Returning an item is simple and straightforward. Follow the five steps below:

| 2 | Await Approval | Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and full instructions. |
| 3 | Pack Your Item | Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any documentation that came with the product. |
| 4 | Send It Back | Post the item back using a tracked delivery service. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed. |
| 5 | Refund Issued | Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. |
| Important: Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may cause delays in processing your refund. |
6. Who Pays for Return Postage?
If the Item is Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect:
Trade Junction Limited will cover the full cost of return postage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable postage costs upon receipt of proof of postage.
If You Have Changed Your Mind:
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
7. Refunds – How and When
Refund Timeline:
- We will inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receiving it
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account
Refund Method:
All refunds are returned to your original payment method:
- PayPal refunds: typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Stripe / card refunds: typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: please allow up to 10 business days
Partial Refunds:
In some circumstances a partial refund may be issued – for example, if an item is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, such as missing accessories or with minor customer-caused damage. We will always communicate clearly and fairly if this situation applies to your return.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order is packed and despatched in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise and will resolve this for you as a priority.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk and include the following:
- Your full order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photograph of the outer packaging if it arrived visibly damaged
We will offer you the choice of a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit – whichever you prefer. We will also arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label at absolutely no cost to you.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges through our standard returns process. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, the quickest solution is:
- Return your original item following the process outlined in Section 5 to receive your refund
- Place a new order for the item you would like

10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be faulty or not as described:
- Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition
- Items returned without their original packaging, labels, tags, or accessories
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Opened hygiene or personal care products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless confirmed faulty
- Digital or downloadable products once they have been accessed

11. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been despatched for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tradejunctionlimited.uk with your order number and we will action this immediately.
If your order has already been despatched by the time we receive your cancellation request, you will need to follow the standard returns process once your item arrives. The return postage cost in this instance will be your responsibility, as the order was despatched in good faith.
